M8X85/M10X70 double-threaded bolt

The M8X85/M10X70 double-threaded bolt is made of stainless steel and is used for direct mounting of photovoltaic installation systems to steel substructures.

The EJOT solar fastener is the first stainless-steel fastener approved by the German Institute for Building Technology (Dibt) that can be used to mount photovoltaic installations on roofs covered with trapezoidal sheet metal or sandwich panels.

The new fastener is made of A2 (AISI 304) or A4 (AISI 316) stainless steel and has a hardened steel drill bit, so there is no need to make a hole in thin steel substructures up to 3 mm thick. This allows drilling and fixing in a single working step.
